Once the apartment has been cleared of personal items and furniture, this is ideal to prepare the space for inspection -Dust and wipe down all windows, blinds, surfaces, ceiling fans, baseboards and corners -Wipe down all doors and door frames from both sides -Sweep out entry ways and patio spaces -Vacuum, sweep and mop all floors -Clean and disinfect tub, shower, toilet, sinks, mirrors, counters and chrome fixtures -Scrub shower door, tile and grout -Dust and wipe all cabinet doors -Clean exterior and interior of all appliances (oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stovetop and hood range) -Empty lint tray -Wipe down all countertops and backsplashes
